” It is rare that you can fully trust someone to genuinely look out for your interest. With Dan I did not have to worry about my real estate transactions. The impressive part was the great followup after the transactions were completed by Dan. “

Dan Ihara and the team have built a huge business serving the senior market. Over 13 years, they have failed forward through trial and error in all aspects of working with the senior community. You’ll be able to take advantage of proven and tested marketing approaches to this market instead of making the same mistakes and trying to figure it out on your own. Why waste time failing forward when you can learn from people before you. As Gary Keller says, “Success leaves Clues.”
