2. Required attendance in The Complete Solution^TM (TCS), in-person or via webinar.

3. TCS training test with a minimum passing score of 80%

4. Submission of a completed TCS Membership application form

5. Submission of two client reviews from seller clients downsizing and moving.

6. Achieved real estate sales

7. Signature of your broker attesting to criteria #1 and 6
